Julio and Lindsay Lopez bring over 40 combined years of finance, marketing and project support experience at companies such as Philips Electronics, Oracle, Nokia, Microsoft, and Stanford University. Both hold California Real Estate Licenses along with Bachelor Degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Business Law.

Lindsay was lucky enough to grow up in San Diego and met Julio while living in Europe and studying Spanish. Soon thereafter, Julio moved from his native country of Spain to the United States. They share a real passion for real estate, architecture and home décor having had several of their own personal properties featured in nationally-acclaimed decoration magazines. They also enjoy international travel and language studies.  He is a native Castilian Spanish speaker with conversational level French and Italian, and she is fluent in Spanish.

Their professional success stems from their personal commitment to their clients. Either one or both of them meet with each client in person to be able to clearly identify and understand their needs. This allows Julio and Lindsay to provide tailored options and advice in accordance with the clients’ specific goals.  And, the work does not end when the transaction closes.
