Patricia “Pat” Walker has been in the real estate business in various endeavors for over 25 years. She obtained her real estate license in Marin County, California in 1979 when interest rates were 17%. Since then, Pat has not only held a real estate license in California, but also in Michigan when she resided in that state for a short term. In 1987, when Pat moved back to her home state of California, she resumed her real estate career: this time in San Diego.

Since then, Pat has served in the new home business as an assistant and sales agent for Standard Pacific, and as a sales assistant for K-Hov, William Lyon Homes, and various other new housing developments in coastal North San Diego County, including the Del Mar and Del Sur area.

Pat is currently a member of the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Pat enjoys helping both sellers and buyers with all of their real estate needs. She is not happy until her clients are happy. Her motto is “Real Estate business is work hard, get the house SOLD, Escrow CLOSED and hopefully with a Great Big Smile!” Pat says that she has been very blessed to have worked with some wonderful brokers, builders, co-agents and partners throughout the years.

Pat lives in the southern part of Escondido with her husband of 35 years. They have two adult children, and a grandson. When she is not out showing homes, she enjoys her hobbies of cooking, sailing, and traveling. And, most of all, Pat enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
