Broadpoint Properties, a real estate brokerage in Escondido, California has just moved to a new location.
Formerly located on the corner of Broadway and Grand (above Filippi’s) in 2000 square feet of office space, the office has now moved just two blocks over to 220 West Second Avenue in Escondido, directly across from Bank of America.
Because of all of our loyal clients, our office has grown significantly in the past few years. Our new location features 4000 square feet of office space.
Parking is available on Second Avenue in front of the building. Additionally there is a large parking lot behind the building when can be accessed from the alley via Maple or Escondido Boulevard.
