For example, before you write an offer, you’ll want to know the average market time of homes at your price point in your area. You’ll also want to know whether most well-maintained homes are selling for top dollar or whether you might be willing to write a slightly lower offer. A well-maintained and well-priced home in this active market will often sell within the first week after receiving multiple offers. Knowing the data about your market will help you get an accepted offer fast.
