Dixie †

Chief Morale Officer (2012-2024)

Dixie was a beloved and essential member of the Broadpoint Properties team, proudly serving as one of the most loyal and dedicated morale officers in San Diego County. Whether you needed a friendly cuddle, a playful lick on the nose, or a quick round of fetch, Dixie was always there to brighten your day.

Born and raised in San Diego County, Dixie understood the importance of loyalty and hard work. She played a big role in raising her two human brothers, and her nurturing spirit extended to helping reduce stress for anyone navigating the real estate process. Dixie’s extensive training in obedience and behavior made her a social butterfly, well-loved by humans and animals alike.

“We were so lucky to have Dixie as our CMO,” said Administrator Rachel Tourtillotte. “Her loving personality and joyful energy made every client feel more at ease.”

In her downtime, Dixie loved nothing more than playing fetch, swimming in the family pool, taking long walks, and indulging in chicharrones with her abuela.

Dixie will be deeply missed, but her spirit and love will forever be part of the Broadpoint Properties family. You can still revisit her adventures on our Instagram page (@BroadpointProperties).

"Dixie is the first face you see when you walk into Broadpoint Properties. She is the sweetest little greeter and always makes you feel welcomed. Thanks to Dixie, it seems everyone at Broadpoint Properties is being showed the love that they deserve.""
