As a second-generation San Diego native, Carolina utilizes her local knowledge to help buyers and sellers in all areas of San Diego County. It is her commitment to provide clear communication, setting realistic expectations, and creating good relationships with all parties in a transaction for a smooth escrow. These practices have helped her achieve the best outcome for her clients.
Carolina earned her bachelor’s in English Literature at SDSU, before choosing to follow her passion in real estate and home design. Having worked on several flips and consulting on design jobs, this experience helps Carolina provide valuable insights and guidance to her buyers and design clients. Being able to envision a home’s full potential, she is capable of finding homes that meet her clients needs and design style. As for sellers, her eye for design can help sellers present their home to its brightest potential.
On a personal note, Carolina enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. She, her husband, and their one-year-old son love to entertain their large extended family or explore America’s Finest City. Having grown up in East County San Diego, she now lives in Escondido and enjoys getting to know her new roots in San Diego’s North County areas. Still a fan of the Los Angeles Chargers, she never misses a game!
Carolina’s commitment to you doesn’t end on the closing date. She loves building lasting relationships with her clients. Serving as a trusted advisor long after the deal is done, she will be ready to answer any questions you may have about market conditions, property values, or anything else real estate-related. If you are looking for knowledge, experience, professionalism, and integrity in a real estate agent, Carolina has them all.
