Hola! My name is Martha De Alba. I was born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. I studied Business Administration in Mexico. After finishing my education, I started working in the field of Real Estate. I managed the process of selling and buying properties. I did legal documentation in a title company as well as escrow. I moved to the beautiful city of San Diego at the age of 18 with my husband.

My husband and I started our little family of 2 girls and 1 boy that mean the world for us. We both worked hard to accomplish our American dream. We were able to buy our house because of our hard work and leave a patrimony for our children. I worked at General Atomics System in Poway. I worked in the Quality department where I learned ethics, honesty and most of all ensure quality and customer service.

When we bought our first home, I knew it was going to be challenging to get out of our comfort zone but at the same time exciting. We were able to buy our house with the help of a friend of mine who was a realtor and a good friend loan officer and their team that guided us to have a smooth process. Being a homeowner has been the best experience. Our casita is not only our home but it has also been a great investment in our lives.

My goal and passion is to help my community by either buying or selling their homes. This inspires me to go back to school so that I can have the proper education to be able to work in Real Estate. My commitment is to guide my clients to navigate through the process of buying or selling their homes or start investments in Real Estate Properties.

I am here to help you achieve your dream. Buy, sell or invest knowing you will be in great hands.
