About the San Marcos Community
San Marcos is a city located in North San Diego County. Outside the San Diego region, it is best known as the home of California State University, San Marcos. San Marcos is also known for having some of the best restaurants in North County. Old California Restaurant Row features a large concentration of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.
San Marcos also features several golf courses, notably Lake San Marcos, which itself is a recreational venue. Recently, the growth of Cal State San Marcos has led to great opportunities for youth which are helping to increase opportunities in this city’s robust economy.

From downtown San Marcos, turn onto W San Marcos Blvd. Make a right at the 1st cross street onto N Twin Oaks Valley Rd., then use the left two lanes to turn left onto CA-78 East. Stay on CA-78 East until exit 17C, Centre City Pkwy South. Merge onto Centre City Parkway, then use the 2nd from the left lane to turn left onto W 2nd Ave. Make a right at the 2nd cross street onto S Escondido Blvd. Our property management office will be located on the right in a small business center at 451 S Escondido Blvd.
