Martha Cardoso brings over seven years of experience in real estate operations, transaction coordination, and client support. As the Operations Manager for Ruiz & Associates Real Estate Team, she oversees a team of nine agents, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from contract to close.
Martha began her real estate career in 2017, earning her license while simultaneously working as a team assistant and transaction coordinator. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate, developing a reputation for her attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to compliance.
Her professional background also includes years in education, where she worked with students from preschool through high school, primarily as a substitute teacher. This experience strengthened her patience, adaptability, and ability to connect with people—skills that now serve her well in the fast-paced world of real estate.
