I can't say enough good things about Melissa and the team at Broadpoint Properties. I moved out of state where my property is located and after researching multiple management companies I decided to give Melissa and her team a try and I could've be happier with my decision. Letting someone take over the responsibility of taking care of the biggest investment I've ever made was a bit overwhelming at first. Melissa has put all those worries to rest and at this point I make sure the mortgage is paid and she takes care of the rest. If I ever have questions I can call Melissa and she will either answer or get back to me very promptly. If you're looking for a professional team to manage your property don't think twice and give them a call. I plan to there services for a very long time to come.

Terrible Experience with Broadpoint Properties Management CompanyI had an incredibly frustrating experience with Broadpoint Properties Management Company. They were completely unresponsive to my inquiries, making it nearly impossible to get any assistance or information. On top of that, they required me to submit a new application every 10 days, which is not only unreasonable but also a blatant money grab. Each application came with a $47.95 fee, which quickly added up and felt like a scam.It’s clear that they are more interested in collecting application fees than actually providing a decent service. I would strongly advise against working with this company. They are unprofessional and exploitative. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.Melissa, Rachel, and Seb were especially incompetent, and their actions significantly delayed the property owner's ability to rent out the property, ultimately doing a great disservice to the owner.

What's really impressive here is the maintenance team. They're very quick at responding and checking up on things after repairs are done. We had an A/C issue and their vendor, Sterling Mecahnical, was friendly, honest, and professional. Very grateful!

Unprofessional. The lady that is responsible for showings has an attitude problem. She told me, “I told u when I’m available! If you can t make it at that time you need to figure it out. It’s like going to the doctor, you go when they have an appt.” Excuse me I don’t know who you think you are. Secondly whether you believe it or not, you are a customer based business. Third, don’t ever compare your industry to a person going to the doctor. Here is a word of advice, if you don’t like your job, QUIT! It’s that simple… Don’t put your personal frustrations off on well qualified clients. Lose the attitude and start showing respect.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!! Beware Beware!!! From the start of the showing the agent showing you the listing will have no clue of any knowledge on the property. They have you reach out to the property manager which is RACHEL and I reached out multiple times a day and no phone calls back or answers. Then when submitting an application their site was not allowing us to submit the application and when we were in need of HELP nobody was there to assist. Once Rachel answered the phone call after multiple days have gone by and the listing was coincidentally no longer available she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and flat out rude. Everything was shady about this management and how this business is ran. I AM SHOCKED on how they have this good of a rating for this business. Javier who is the Business manager was also not very helpful with fixing the issue as this whole situation was handled very poorly. If i could give ZERO stars I WOUILD!DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY WHEN LOOKING FOR PROPERTIES!!!

I was interested in renting a house from them while we start looking into buying our own home and we did the application asked for 3 times rent clearly over qualified for this house with good credit scores we wanted to do it the right way and include my teen that just turned 18 and finished high school 3 months ago we put him on the application and because it asked that all 18 year Old must pay for an application as well we don't want to lie and show him this is what it is in life when u become an adult they didnt proceed with the application because he needed a goverment issued ID and a credit score of 680 what teenager at 18 has a credit score of 680 or better so it doesn't matter if u make a million dollars a month they won't rent to u because ur teenager doesn't have credit

He was extremely knowledgeable of the Escondido area and had a good grasp on the market which dictated our initial offer price. Our offer was accepted first try with helpful tips from Eder. He was helpful and professional throughout the home buying process. Also, this guy always looks great, never caught him in the same suit twice!After our house closed, Eder continued to be a great help when it came to refinancing advice. Over all a great experience.
