I had an extremely disappointing experience with Broadpoint Property Management. I was very interested in a home on Gooseberry Way, but the company completely botched the process from start to finish. Seb, who was handling my case, proved to be entirely incompetent. His lack of professionalism and communication skills were astounding. Despite my repeated attempts to get updates and clear information, I was met with confusion and unresponsiveness. This experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Additionally, their incompetence is affecting the property owner, who is losing money each month the property is not rented. I would not recommend Broadpoint Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable and competent property management company. Similar to other reviewers, I was also forced to pay another absurdly expensive application fee after each application “timed out” after 10 days. Absolutely ridiculous.

The front desk person did a great job, multitasking and helping three people at once, and they were still patient and kind while keeping everything organized. I reached out to several property management companies in succession and Broadpoint was the only company that responded to me! Melissa called me back within 30 minutes of me leaving a voicemail, she was incredibly informative and provided me with a comparison of similar properties in my area so that I could get an idea of how much we could potentially rent our house out for, she also connected me with a realtor who stopped by a few days later, he was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable and left us feeling a lot better about our situation, although we will not be moving forward with renting or selling our property right now, we will 100% be reaching out to Broadpoint in a year or so when we are ready. I absolutely cannot recommend this company enough, they were so quick to respond, incredibly professional, communicative, straightforward and honest with us about our options.

I can't say enough good things about Melissa and the team at Broadpoint Properties. I moved out of state where my property is located and after researching multiple management companies I decided to give Melissa and her team a try and I could've be happier with my decision. Letting someone take over the responsibility of taking care of the biggest investment I've ever made was a bit overwhelming at first. Melissa has put all those worries to rest and at this point I make sure the mortgage is paid and she takes care of the rest. If I ever have questions I can call Melissa and she will either answer or get back to me very promptly. If you're looking for a professional team to manage your property don't think twice and give them a call. I plan to there services for a very long time to come.

In all of my renting experiences, Broadpoint Properties was the easiest process ever. Rachel was amazing! I was relocating from Escondido to Valley Center. Unprofessional. The lady that is responsible for showings has an attitude problem. She told me, “I told u when I’m available! If you can t make it at that time you need to figure it out. It’s like going to the doctor, you go when they have an appt.” Excuse me I don’t know who you think you are. Secondly whether you believe it or not, you are a customer based business. Third, don’t ever compare your industry to a person going to the doctor. Here is a word of advice, if you don’t like your job, QUIT! It’s that simple… Don’t put your personal frustrations off on well qualified clients. Lose the attitude and start showing respect.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!! Beware Beware!!! From the start of the showing the agent showing you the listing will have no clue of any knowledge on the property. They have you reach out to the property manager which is RACHEL and I reached out multiple times a day and no phone calls back or answers. Then when submitting an application their site was not allowing us to submit the application and when we were in need of HELP nobody was there to assist. Once Rachel answered the phone call after multiple days have gone by and the listing was coincidentally no longer available she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and flat out rude. Everything was shady about this management and how this business is ran. I AM SHOCKED on how they have this good of a rating for this business. Javier who is the Business manager was also not very helpful with fixing the issue as this whole situation was handled very poorly. If i could give ZERO stars I WOUILD!DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY WHEN LOOKING FOR PROPERTIES!!!

I was interested in renting a house from them while we start looking into buying our own home and we did the application asked for 3 times rent clearly over qualified for this house with good credit scores we wanted to do it the right way and include my teen that just turned 18 and finished high school 3 months ago we put him on the application and because it asked that all 18 year Old must pay for an application as well we don't want to lie and show him this is what it is in life when u become an adult they didnt proceed with the application because he needed a goverment issued ID and a credit score of 680 what teenager at 18 has a credit score of 680 or better so it doesn't matter if u make a million dollars a month they won't rent to u because ur teenager doesn't have credit
