Originally from Ireland, Roy McCann has lived in Southern California since 1987. Drawing on his strategic business acumen and knowledge of local communities in the Inland Empire and San Diego, Roy established his real estate practice in 2002, and earned his Broker’s license in 2011. Almost immediately after entering the field of real estate, Roy became a Pro 100 Agent with Tarbell Realtors®, putting him among the top 100 of Realtors® nationwide. Roy has also served on the Education Committee on Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors®.

He is the founder and former CEO of Shamrock Auto Glass LLC. His company was a leading provider of auto glass repair and replacement service to insurance policyholders throughout Riverside and San Diego Counties. Through that important role, Roy has been able to channel his amazing business sense and his love for the community into his real estate career.

Roy cares deeply about service to the community. He is organizer of an Annual Food Drive to support the Temecula and Murrieta Food Pantries. His Annual Garage Sale in French Valley is a neighborhood favorite.  Additionally, he spearheaded Chaparral High School’s Baseball Banner Sponsorship program.

Roy is respected nationally for his work for equality, peace, justice, and reconciliation in Ireland. He is a passionate public speaker, published writer, and event coordinator. He is happily married to Anne for 20 years and proud father of two promising baseball athletes, Conor and Ruairi.
